Elise Brandon
Development Director
elise@praychattanooga.com
Elise is a Chattanooga native. This city has not only been her physical birthplace, but the grounds for her spiritual growth and development. While attending college at UTC, during a campus ministry worship meeting she clearly received a call from God to, “equip the saints, prepare for battle, this generation needs to be ready.” Her passion to live out that calling resulted in a decade of college campus ministry and discipleship, she now seeks to see how God would have her answer that call through growing prayer in the collective Church in our region. In her role at Pray Chattanooga she joyfully invites ministry partners to join in the vision of seeing Christians in our city unified through prayer! She believes that biblical partnership in ministry is much more than a financial transaction, but a way in which we can be spiritually formed through reflecting God's heart as the First Giver. When Elise isn’t in the office she is often discovering obscure Christian artists, spending time at local coffee shops, studying God’s word at a coffee shop, teaching ballet classes to young children, meeting and making friends at coffee shops, sliding down cardboard hill with her daughter near a coffee shop, and many other things by or near a coffee shop!
Makayla McKibben-Selby
Administrative Coordinator
office@praychattanooga.com
Makayla has a deep passion for worship and songwriting - especially in the context of the end of the age. Her and her husband, Shane, co-founded their personal ministry, Eleventh Hour Worship in 2015. Makayla also feels a John the Baptist calling on her life – a calling to prepare the way and the Body of Christ for the return of Jesus. She finds deep joy and purpose in community and discipleship. Makayla is currently a worship leader at her home church, and co-producer for Eleventh Hour Worship tunes as well as her solo music. When music isn’t consuming her time, you will find her adventuring outside, teaching end times prophecy, or spending time with family.

Andrew Newlun
Technology & Media Director
andrew@praychattanooga.com
Since joining Pray Chattanooga in 2024, Andrew Newlun has shaped the organization's rebrand — designing its core brand assets and guiding the visual language around them — while building the digital backbone the organization runs on. His work spans the systems behind the scenes and the story the city sees, all in service of the mission to unite Christians in Chattanooga through prayer.
Andrew's background spans nearly two decades running his own media production company. From beginnings in production and graphic design at his church as a youth, to going on to tour with the biggest names in Christian music and traveling the globe producing content and teaching media production for clients including Google, the NCAA, and the Associated Press. He went on to serve nearly a decade in ministry — from shepherding students as a youth pastor, then helping lead a church as an executive pastor.
At Pray Chattanooga, that experience now reaches beyond the camera. Andrew oversees the organization's digital presence and produces media for dozens of events each year, while building the technology that works behind the scenes — the automation, AI-driven workflows, and infrastructure that help a small staff serve a citywide network of churches. He also trains the staff to understand and use AI in their roles and beyond, helping the whole team work smarter with the tools shaping the future.
Outside of his role, Andrew is a proud husband and father who continues to live out his pastoral calling.
